In the far west of the Algarve we find Sagres. This region was very important to the history of Portugal, especially during the Age of Discoveries. In a predominantly fishing area, Vila do Bispo, everything that comes from the sea is excellent, quality and freshness, unique flavours of the sea.

Here, you can enjoy all kinds of fish and seafood, boiled, grilled, grilled over charcoal, scaled, as well as bivalves open on the plate.

However, in the hunting season that normally starts in October and ends in December, wild boar, partridges, quails, hare or wild rabbit are flavours not to be missed.
